It says it has all my passwords and other private information, but I am not going further to find out if it does for sure but I do not trust it at all. The fact it omits the rest or best in writing I do not believe what they say. In their web site it shows a girl on the phone and says 24/7 product support, below in writing it says submit problems on a ticket, not chat or phone, but when you chat or speak to them they say you can use the phone, chat or remote repair. I am not sure if all of it is gone yet and have since found in other parts of my PC, but online, to remove it, it takes you though a lot of steps to remove it all. The following day I could not stop it from showing pop ups nor could I find it in programs or what was installed. It was a lot and I am sure it does to make it look good and scar you to buy it but before I bought it, I ran a few malware free programs and it showed advanced system repair pro as pup's in the registry. Before buying it, I downloaded it and ran a scan to see what it came up with.
